RSG PH sustained their dominant campaign after sweeping Malaysia’s Orange Esports, 3-0, to advance to the upper bracket finals of MSC 2022 on June 16.
RSG PH has a 9-1 record in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2022 thus far and will face the Indonesian champions RRQ Hoshi on June 18, Saturday. On the other hand, Orange will be up against Filipinos Omega Esports, who eliminated Evos SG earlier, in the lower bracket quarter-finals on June 17, Friday.
In Game 1, securing Lord in the 16th minute, followed by a four-man wipe, gave RSG PH a 1-0 lead over the Malaysian squad.
In Game 2, RSG executed a brilliant macro move in the twenty-fifth minute, baiting their opponents in the bottom lane and capitalizing on the ensuing chaos to secure a 3-0 wipe and the evolved Lord, reaching match point.
RSG PH played an aggressive Game 3, preventing the Malaysians from finding their rhythm in the 18-minute victory.
