The free-to-play mobile role-playing game Ni no Kuni Cross Worlds takes players on an epic journey to regain their lost kingdom from powerful enemies. Cross Worlds, with visuals inspired by Studio Ghibli, was created using Unreal Engine 4. It was developed by Netmarble and published by Level-5 for Android, iOS, and Windows. Further, the MMORPG employs a blockchain system, allowing players to play to earn tokens (Territe Token and Asterite Token) through gameplay.
Below are important tips that will help beginners or newbies know the important aspects of Ni no Kuni Cross Worlds.

1. Classes / Character Appearance

There are 5 classes you can choose from, including Swordsman, Witch, Rogue, Engineer, and Destroyer.
The lore of the game makes that these classes are gender locked, meaning you can change their appearance but not their gender.
  • Swordsman – uses a one-handed sword as his weapon. Dealing high numbers while other classes supports him in his fight.
  • Witch – uses a magical spear to deal damage to her opponents and cast debuffs on them. She is a short-to-medium range attacker.
  • Rogue – uses a bow to attack but also to grant buffs for the party.
  • Engineer – uses a variety of firearms for her attacks. She also can heal her party members.
  • Destroyer – uses a hammer to distract his enemy from your party members.

2. Tasks Reset

  • Daily Missions reset daily at 2:00 PM (Server Time)
  • Weekly Missions reset every Monday at 2:00 PM
  • Weekly Ranking reset every Monday at 2:00 PM

3. Titles

  • When you obtain a title, you receive bonus stats to increase your combat powers.
  • This bonus is applied regardless of whether the title is equipped or not.
  • You can access it from Menu > Character > Title.
Temporary titles disappear after their expiration time or if the requirements to keep them are not met.

4. Achievements

  • Achievements are shared between all characters on the server.
  • Obtain achievement points and rewards for completing achievements.
  • Collect achievement points to increase your achievement grade and receive additional bonus stats.

5. Inventory

  • Your inventory is shared between all of the characters on the server.
  • You can expand the maximum available inventory space with Diamonds or Bundle Items and Class Grade.

6. Equipment Deck (Presets)

  • Use decks to easily change familiars, equipment, and skill sets depending on the situation.
  • Up to 10 decks can be made. Each deck can also have unique potion use and battle option settings.
  • Equipment Decks can be accessed from your Inventory.

7. Equipment Crafting

  • Collect equipment recipes and equipment crystals to craft equipment items.
  • Once a certain amount of equipment has been crafted, you will receive a craft blessing.

Craft Blessing:

  • 30 Total Crafted – 3-star or Higher Guaranteed Crafting
  • 90 Total Crafted – 3-star or Higher Guaranteed Crafting
  • 200 Total Crafted – 4-star or Higher Guaranteed Crafting

8. Skills

Class-Exclusive Special Skills:
Exclusive special skills are limited to specific classes.
  • Swordsman – Increase party members’ survivability
  • Witch – Apply debuffs to enemies
  • Rogue – Apply ATK-related buffs to party members
  • Destroyer – Use Tank-related CC
  • Engineer – Heal and revive party members
Passive Skills:
  • Some equipped passive skills are also applied to party members.
  • When multiple party members have the same special passive skill, the highest level skill is applied regardless of class.
Kingdom Exclusive Skills:
  • Kingdom Exclusive Skills are skills that only apply during Kingdom Defense.

9. Mounts

  • Mounts have six grades, from 1 Star to 6 Stars.
  • Training can result in success, super success, or failure.
Only 30% of the mount’s stats are applied while not equipped.

10. Farming

You can plant, water, and gather your crops in your Familiars Forest.
Watering the crops will increase the drop rate of crops.
  • You can increase the harvest drop rate by having more visitors water your farm.
  • You don’t need to water the garden to receive crops.
  • Various crops can be obtained from the placed gardens and trees.
Obtained crops can be used in the Sprout Point Shop.
